Graybar
National Training Conferences

For the past three years, I’ve led visual identity and motion design for Graybar’s twice-annual training events, building a strong, collaborative relationship with their internal design and marketing teams.

The design system was inspired by the spirit of Colorado. Grounded in nature, elevation, and movement; without leaning on the usual tropes. Drawing from a retro 1970s Vail ski poster, we created a dynamic, graphic aesthetic that nods to vintage alpine design while feeling fresh and modern.

Colorado Spring 2025

A Quick Snapshot

This three-day event packed in inspiring keynotes, memorable moments, and thoughtful design. We used motion graphics and a strong visual identity to connect it all, making sure the story felt as unified as the team behind it.

This design system celebrated one last hoorah in Texas before the conference series hit the road to new cities. Rooted in bold Lone Star spirit, the visuals leaned into classic Texas iconography. We drew inspiration from rodeo culture, rustic textures, and wide-open landscapes. The result was a confident, high-energy identity that honored the state’s legacy and set the tone for a memorable sendoff.

Fall 2024

This visual identity centers on connection. Celebrating individuals coming together to form a unified GraybaR whole. Each sphere symbolizes uniqueness and individuality, while the lines and intersections represent collaboration, support, and shared momentum. The modern and dynamic design reflects transformation and progress, capturing the energy of a team rallying into something greater than the sum of its parts.
